Borderlands 2 Xbox 360 Preorder Deal

Hey, Microsoft.com has the only preorder deal that I've seen for Borderlands 2 for the Xbox 360. For $59.99 (there's tax too), you get the game, 1600 Microsoft points, and a $10 coupon for the Microsoft store.

The deal shows as sold out right now BUT that might be temporary. When I found out about the deal, it said that it was sold out, but when I checked a couple hours later, it was available again. I'm not really sure how it works.
